'Each opponent discards' is a two-for-one in 2HG. Syphon Mind and friends jump several tiers here.
Ratings start at a neutral 50 and are adjusted by rules derived from 2HG's structure — shared 60 life, shared turns, two opponents. They'll be recalibrated against real play rates once teams start submitting decklists.
Oracle text
Suspend 4—
(Rather than cast this card from your hand, pay and exile it with four time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)
Each player discards their hand, then draws seven cards.
